It was very short notice that I had given but Lisa promptly telephoned me and put my mind at ease. Paperwork was quickly sent and all was good to go. Efficient and Sensitive

Handled Perfectly
If moving wasn’t stressful enough, working out how to move an energetic dog and a moody cat across borders was bewildering! During a stressful time, Matt and Lisa minimised all this stress. Everything was handled perfectly. I highly recommend them.
Fantastic Driver
Brilliant communicators. Lisa was quick and responsive to our emails and Matt gave really clear instructions on the day on how pickup would go, and we experienced no issues. The vehicle was spotless and spacious. He guided us smoothly through the pet reception and border crossing, and was a very safe and smooth driver.

Great Experience
Throughout the whole process Lisa (our correspondent) and Matt (our driver) were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicle was comfortable and spacious enough 2 adults, our 5 large suitcases, 2 small bags, and 3 cat carriers. It was invaluable to have Matt’s knowledge/experience with the customs and Eurotunnel process as part of our journey.

Lisa answered all of our questions quickly and helpfully. She was very responsive to emails and helped set everything up. Matt was friendly and enthusiastic from the moment we met him in Paris and was great company on the road, with a super music playlist as well!

Matt and Lisa transported our two cats from the south coast of France to north coast of Scotland for us. Lisa responded promptly to all my anxious emails with kindness and lots of reassurance before we moved. The boys arrived safe, happy and well. A massive thank you to you both.
Flexible and Friendly
We must give excellent recommendation. We brought our 13 year old dog from Europe to the UK (Brussels to London). Excellent service and assistance on any question. We had to move our departure times, Lisa and Matt were available and ready to help with that.
